We are NOT responsible for any problems arising because a consumer doesn't read Terms of Use [or Must Read Notice before purchase] carefully. 

Your Use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms of Use.

If you complete an order, it's regarded as your agreement on the Notice.



1. Returns & Exchanges



Exchange, after service, or return is available just in case of defective goods or wrong goods. 



Please post a writing of request on Q&A board on our web site within 2 days after purchase if you want exchange, after service or return of goods.

Refund would't be processed without advance inquiries.

 

We provide the custom-made goods, but NOT the ready-made.



In case that your just change your mind about your purchase or you order the wrong goods, your inquiry of exchange or refund would not be accepted; 

because it is nearly impossible to determine whether the accessories are worn or not 

and used goods have no value to be sold. (Including the order of wrong size or color and product damage due to carelessness of purchaser and so on.)




2. After Service


Repair/After-service will be provided in case that defective goods are delivered.


Please make sure to post your inquiries on the board menu of our web site within 2 days. 

Just in case of defective goods, we will pay any shipping fee and repair charges

EXCEPT in case of purchaser's carelessness including any damage or loss of parts resulting from dropping, pulling or applying force. 


For the goods damage occered after that period, a purchaser is supposed to pay the shipping fee and repair charges.

It is because it is impossible to check how many times the accessories are worn and what causes the defects (the carelessness of a purchaser or the error in-process).




After-service is available for 3 months after a purchase according to our policy.

( for example; Not acceptable if the soldered part or the chain is cut )


Please leave your inquiries with the photo of defective part on the board menu to let us clarify whether we provide after-service or not.


The shipping fee for after-service will be charged to a purchaser.

The changes of subsidiary materials would incur the additional expenses.  




The goods of KITTE are not the jewels, but the accessories.


Accessories exposed to the air are easily discolored as time goes on even though there might be the difference depending on management condition and the way of use.


Discolored goods are not acceptable for after-service.



 


Generally, refund, exchange or after service is not provided on most web sites.  


Because accessories are different from other products like apparel, there is no way to determine whether they are worn or not and also, returned goods should not be sold to other customers; it results in a seller's loss. 

The great part of goods in KITTE are designed and made by the seller and that's why we provied after-service to satisfy our customers.


All the goods are made in person and before shipping, we test on the durability of the goods with our own strength test. 











We want customers to be satisfied with shopping at KITTE and that's why we set the detailed policy.


We always do our best to provide the goods with the fine quality, reasonable price, and our sincerity as well.


We hope the pleasant purchase with good manners between a purchaser and us.
